    Homemade Apple Butter

I really don’t know what to say about this Homemade Apple Butter besides it’s really easy and it is unbelievably good. It’s one of those things that you take a spoonful of and say, “This could go in soooo many recipes!”

What is the difference between applesauce and apple butter?
Both apple butter and apple sauce are slow cooked apples and spices. Apple butter is cooked longer than applesauce which creates a thick, smooth, intense apple flavored spread.

    How to Make Apple Butter
To make homemade apple butter, all you have to do is stick some apples in a crock pot with brown sugar, white sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, and a dash of salt. Let it sit there all day, stirring occasionally, and BOOM! Apple Butter. It’s really that easy.

What do you do with apple butter?
My first bite reminded me of applesauce with a bit of tang to it. I love how when I put this homemade apple butter on a piece of white, fluffy bread, it completely changes the flavor! Instant, fall-flavored bread. You can put it in muffins & biscuits.

I also like to put this homemade apple butter on custard ice cream. Warm it slightly in the microwave and use it as a syrup on ice cream or fluffy pancakes. Because, why not?

    Ingredients

6 1/2 pounds apples peeled, cored and sliced
    1/2 cup granulated sugar
    1/2 cup packed brown sugar
    1 1/2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1 tablespoon vanilla extract

    Instructions
    1. Place the apples in a slow cooker.
    2. Add the sugars, cinnamon, salt and vanilla to the crockpot. Mix well.
    3. Cook in slow cooker on low for about 10 hours, stirring every couple hours. The apple butter should be thick and dark brown.
4, If desired, use a blender to puree the apple butter until smooth.
5, Cover and refrigerate for up to two weeks or freeze in small containers.

    • batter – 2 cup
    • Salt – ½ tsp or as per taste
    • Mozzarella cheese – 2x2 inch chunk
    • Butter – 2 to 3 tbsp
    • Tomato chutney – ½ cup
    • Oil – 2 to 3 tbsp
    • Capsicum – ½ cup (finely chopped)

    • Mushroom – ½ cup (finely chopped)
    • Coriander – ½ tsp
    • Salt – ¼ tsp or as per taste
    • Chaat masala – ½ tsp
    • Black pepper - 1/4 tsp (freshly grounded)
How to make mozzarella cheese dosa
Prepare the stuffing for dosa. For this, take 2 tsp oil in a pan and heat sufficiently. When oil is hot, add ginger paste, sweet corn, capsicum, mushrooms, chaat masala, salt, coriander powder, black pepper and sauté the vegetables for a while. Cover and cook for 1 minute until they get crunchy. Turn off the flame and take out the stuffing in a bowl.

Add ½ tsp salt in the idli batter and mix well. Take non stick pan
    .
Heat it slightly and spread some oil over the pan. Take 2 tsp batter and spread it evenly in round shape over the tawa. Pour some oil all around the dosa as well.

Now spread some butter over the dosa evenly. Thinly spread some 2 to 3 tsp tomato chutney over the dosa. Place 2 to 3 tsp stuffing over half side of the dosa and grate some cheese as well.

Now fold it and roast until it gets golden brown in color from both sides. Take off the ready cheese dosa over a plate. Likewise prepare rest of the dosas as well.

Serve cheese dosa steaming hot as the melted cheese taste really scrumptious and lip smacking. Make 4 to 5 marks on the dosa before serving, as it gets easy to eat. Serve Cheese dosa with coconut chutney, tomato chutney or peanuts chutney and relish eating.

    How to make Batter???

Use the soaking water to grind the rice and dal for proper fermentation. Add about 1/2 teaspoon of salt for one cup of dry ingredients (rice + dal) plus more according to taste. According to my experience, adding salt aids in fermentation. Before making the dosa, mixthe batter well 2-3 times....

The batter must be allowed to ferment for 1/2 days.

    How to make Chutney???

It's totally ur choice that How u make the Chutney.
